It’s beginning to look a lot like winter… & what goes perfect with a cold winter day? Chili, of course! This vegan chili recipe is one of my go-to recipes for a fall or winter day.
Below is the stove top recipe, however if you’d rather use a slow cooker, simply put all the ingredients in your slow cooker, stir to combine, & cook on low for 8 hours! Super simple! I love using my slow cooker, especially on a busy week day, because dinner is waiting for you after work!
This chili is wonderful on its own, but for a little something extra I suggest pairing it with some Fritos, corn bread, or topping it with a little vegan sour cream or vegan shredded cheddar cheese! Personally, we always have Fritos with it! It’s my husbands favorite side for chili.
