Before I went vegan, I used to love HelloFresh! My husband & I regularly would receive boxes from them. I decided it would be a lot of fun to veganize some of my favorite HelloFresh recipes! The first one is this flatbread recipe topped with cooked squash, vegan mozzarella, & warm grape tomatoes. What really makes it amazing is the added basil, chili flakes, & agave drizzle. There’s something about a sweet & savory combination that’s just so delicious! I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do!
