This lasagna recipe is so, so good! If you’re a lasagna lover like me, I recommend giving this a try!
For this recipe, you will need one recipe of my Perfect Vegan Ricotta, which you can find here.
Be sure to read my tips at the end of this post! Now on to the recipe!
** The sugar is needed to cut the acidity. I recommend not leaving this out.
*** Here are the layer instructions: 1. Add 2 cups of the sauce to the bottom of the pan. 2. Arrange 6 noodles over the sauce, then spread one half of the ricotta on top. 3. Then top with 1/3 of the mozzarella, then add 2 cups sauce over the mozzarella. 4. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan. 5. Repeat the layers one more time. 6. Top with remaining mozzarella & Parmesan.
**** This step is very important to ensure the lasagna does not fall apart when serving.
